• ASSET MANAGEMENT. We also employ web-based enterprise software to model your company's dynamic infrastructure. For instance, we combine asset information with a simulation of your workflow environment to better enable your management of day to day or project to project activities. Our workflow solutions include Purchasing, Installation, Servicing, Technology, Logistics and Training modules that equip your organization to make responsive informed decisions.
• ASSET DISPOSAL. In addition, we utilize web based property surplus sales solutions to liquidate your excess assets. Through our innovative approach and partnerships, this refreshing stream of revenue stems from a premier database overflowing with a series of global enterprise-level buyers and offer over 40 years of operating experience.

About CEO & President, Tim Lazarus

It was in October of 2008 that Tim Lazarus realized the need for a different approach to asset management within the telecom industry. His vision of a refreshing wave soon turned into a reality, and the doors of Lazarus Asset Management, Inc. were opened.

Since that day, we have strived to become a leader in the industry. As a former competitive NCAA basketball athlete, Tim received a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Dallas. Tim’s leadership and experience ensures that we will compete in the world of application software and advanced technology. Tim has 7 years of experience consulting to government, education and small, medium, and large organizations. He backs that up with another 17 years of entrepreneurship (counting his teenage years as the neighborhood barber).
